Square Footage: Finished area of the home as designed can be as economical as 1882 square feet, whereas the Gala model we now are building contains 2200 square feet, with a 700 square foot unfinished basement. For a client requiring even greater finished floor area in the Gala model, the basement can be expanded an additional 980 square feet and the attic/loft/4th BR can be expanded an additional 90 square feet.
When sited on one of The Orchard’s walk-out basement home sites, the expanded lower level of the Gala model is an ideal solution for any family having a need for multi-generational living space within their home.
