As manager for The Orchard at New Market LLC, Seawright
Homes LLC brings to bear over 33 years of experience building new home communities
particularly well attuned to their physical surroundings, while achieving

architecture and preservation of native plant material. The Orchard at
New Market marks the fourth collaboration between Seawright Homes and
Boulder, Colorado-based architect Downing,
Thorpe & James (DTJ). The architects at DTJ are exceptional designers
of homes that are both imaginative and functional. The partners and associates
at DTJ stand apart from their peers in their unique ability to visualize
how a home's exterior shape, color and texture should relate to other
homes so as to create a visually harmonious community.

Builders Association recently recognized The Orchard at New Market
with FIVE Awards of Excellence, including the "Best Single Family
Home Project" in 2007 for excellence in land development design as well
as sensitivity to the environment, historic nature and surrounding properties.
They also recognized David Denny of Seawright Homes as "Construction
Superintendent of the Year".
